Cheri’s Books

Public Appearances

I am available to do readings from any of my books or other publications, and to speak at public events about the subjects of my books or about writing itself.  I often speak to college classes in history, American Studies, English and other fields that use Packinghouse Daughter as a text. I hope the same may happen with The Big Marsh. Contact me at CheriR (at) cheriregister (dot) com

The producers of “Twin Cities Live” on KSTP-TV brought their resident psychic, Jodi Livon, to explore the Open Book Building, where the Loft Literary Center is housed. I met with her and was interviewed in two classrooms where I have had ghostly encounters. The show was broadcast on June 11, 2013 and is now archived online. Unfortunately, it was edited down to the core so you don’t hear the most persuasive stories.

First aired on April 24, 2011, as part of the Twin Cities Public Television series “Prized Writers.”  Watch the video in the tpt archives, or stay up all night with insomnia and you’re bound to see it sometime.
